IN VITRO MEAT - THE COMPANY FOODPRINT

In vitro meat: it is produced in laboratories and could put an end to intensive mass animal farming. It is saving resources, climate-friendly, space saving, local, free of pesticides and antibiotics, can be accumulated with valuable fatty acids, and could end up on German plates in just a few years.

Long story short: in vitro meat has the potential to change the world sustainably. But the problem is: society’s willingness to accept this alternative tends towards zero. That’s the reason why I wanted to take action against this issue through delivering thought-provoking impulses and thus generating public debates.

The idea is to give a vision of the future to the reader in which in vitro meat is a fundamental element of human’s diet. The solution is the fictitious company “Foodprint”. On the basis of this company, the potential of lab-meat and the corresponding positive impacts on human beings and nature in general will be illustrated (story-telling method).
